About Us

EDCOAT was founded by Art Edwards, an early visionary and pioneer in the metals industry. The company began production in February of 1998 and quickly established itself as a leader in coil coating. Our goal is old-fashioned customer service. EDCOAT today is known for flexible scheduling, continuous communication with the customer, accurate, easy-to-follow paperwork and quality coil coating.

EDCOAT operates in a 260,000 square foot facility. We pride ourselves on being financially stable and debt-free. Located centrally in the U.S. (Indiana) we ship throughout North America. Customers include service centers, metal brokers, manufacturers and others. We provide coatings for all types of metals including aluminum, cold rolled, galvanized, stainless steel and more.
