Our Facility

In 1998 we began production in our 260,000 square foot facility. Our Ross Waldron tandem line is capable of priming and painting both sides in a single pass, as well as coating various substrates. The 6 stage pretreat system is over 200 feet long which provides enhanced cleaning allowing us to achieve superior paint adhesion. Our curing ovens are capable of reaching over 800 degrees allowing us to cure virtually any coating.

Our Loopco double head slitter is capable of handling 50,000 lb coils with a 72” maximum O.D. and 20” I.D. Slitting mults as narrow as 2”.

To insure that our quality exceeds our customers’ expectations, our quality control lab is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Every coil we coat is thoroughly tested for paint adhesion, film thickness, color match and other attributes we require to maintain our high standard of quality. We maintain samples from every coil we process indefinitely.
